ORDERING
How long does it take to ship my order out?
Every product is made to order & processing time depends on what the item is. Products that do not require personalization , typically take 2 - 3 business days. Products that are personalized will typically take 3 - 5 business days.
What if I made a mistake when ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If production has started, a fee will be incurred to correct the error.
Can I cancel my order?
We offer cancellations within 24 hours.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, An order is considered rush if you need it to be dispatched before the current processing times. The fee is $10 for orders under $50 and $20 for orders over $50.
SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
It depends on the shipping method selected. Please refer to the time frame outlined per shipping method at check out. The time shown only refers to shipping time. Production time is in addition to that.
What if the tracking says "delivered", but I did not receive my package?
Amazingly Enchanted is not responsible for packages lost after a "delivered" status is shown on the tracking. Many times the package was placed at a neighbour's or a COmmunity mailbox. Please be sure to check those places.
Do you offer pick up?
Yes, we offer free pick up. Appointment is booked for the pick up date and time. We are located in Barrie, Ontario, Yonge st and Little ave.
My item arrived damaged, what can I do?
We do our best to ensure every order is packaged safely. Occasionally, an item can be damaged during transportation. In that case, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include a picture of the damaged item and shipping box. A refund or replacement will be sent. Replacements will be dispatched with the shipping method that was chosen when the order was placed.
