Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout, with upgraded options available if needed. Final rates depend on the size and weight of your order. At this time, Amazingly Enchanted ships to Canada and United States. Most shipping options come with tracking, except for Canadian letter mail, which does not include tracking.
If you select letter mail shipping (Canada only), please be aware that this method does not include tracking, insurance, or guaranteed delivery times and will not be qualifying for replacement or refund in the event the package is lost\ delayed.
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Amazingly Enchanted is not responsible for any delivery delays, as these are beyond our control. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend selecting a faster, trackable shipping method.
In the event that a package is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement using the original shipping method and ship it to the address provided at checkout. If a package shows as "delivered" in the tracking information, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
Please confirm your shipping details carefully before placing your order. Once the order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item(s), and no refunds will be given.
Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during international shipping are the customer’s responsibility and not covered by Amazingly Enchanted.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, Amazingly Enchanted does not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is handcrafted specifically for you, and as such, is non-returnable and non-refundable.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours. Cancellations requested after 24 hours cannot be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.
